State Scholarships for Foreign Students
Every year the Government of Russian Federation provides 15 000 places for foreigners to study for free. A state scholarship fully covers university’s tuition fees, including education at the Preparatory Faculty.
Scholarships are available for about 50 programs at PetrSU
