Inspiration to Work. Next Level
The partners of the project “Inspiration to Work. Next Level” held a working meeting. This project helps health professionals to get over the burnout syndrome.
The project’s experts (Anita Rumyantseva, the Candidate of Psychological Sciences, the Associate Professor of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, and Arina Kushneruk, a psychologist of the Public Health Center of State Budgetary Institution of Healthcare of the Republic of Karelia City Polyclinic No. 1) met with Ekaterina Saraeva, the Director of the Veresk Family Center.
The participants of the meeting discussed such issues as developing a new questionnaire on organizational risk factors for the development of burnout syndrome and the mechanism for conducting research using existing questionnaires.
One of the main goals of the project is researching the burnout syndrome spreading among healthcare professionals in three regions of Russia: Saint-Petersburg, Arkhangelsk Region, and the Republic of Karelia. Besides, the research covers factors that have a primary influence on the development of this syndrome.
The research will allow us to make an efficient program for the prevention and correction of the burnout syndrome for both future and working specialists.
The project is being implemented with the funds of a grant from the President of the Russian Federation, provided by the Presidential Grants Foundation.
