A New Edition of Scientific Articles by Students and Young Scientists "Philological Studies" Has Been Published
The Petrozavodsk State University Publishing House has published the 16th issue of the collection of research articles by students and young scientists "Philological Studies."
This new issue is not only national but also international. It includes articles by students, graduate students, and young researchers from Petrozavodsk (G. Kazakov, A. Abramova, G. Ustinova, D. Rumyantseva, A. Teplyakov, A. Podshivalova, V. Grigorieva, D. Krivousov), Saratov (S. Sadikova, N. Samsonik), Moscow (M. Krutina), Podolsk (K. Alexievich), and Athens (E. Gavra).
The presented research papers cover a wide range of topics in the history of Russian and foreign literature, foreign language teaching methods, and Russian literature.
A special section of the collection is devoted to articles on journalism. Young philologists are interested in contemporary literature, science fiction, and the very origins of European literature and culture—Homeric poems and ancient mythology. The research methods presented in this collection of articles are also diverse and represent the various schools shaping the new generation of scholars. All the authors share a sincere interest in philology and a desire to contribute to the development of this field.
Editors and compilers of the collection: Associate Professor A. Yu. Nilova; Senior Lecturer of the Department of Classical Philology, Russian Literature, and Journalism I. O. Manina; and second-year Master's student at the Institute of Philology M. V. Larchenko. Reviewers: Candidate of Philological Sciences, Research Fellow in the Folklore and Literary Studies Sector (with Phonogram Archive) of the Institute of Language, Literature, and History of the Karelian Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences M. G. Babalyk; and Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Language at PetrSU A. V. Rozhkova.
