Medical Resident of the Institute of Medicine of PetrSU is the Prize-Winner of the International Contest
The medical resident of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Microbiology of PetrSU won the 2nd diploma in the nomination “Professional and Special Competencies”. Contestants had to present a thesis proving their ability to use knowledge and skills in professional life.
By the result of the 3rd International Contest among students, Master Degree students, postgraduates (residents) (within Federal Educational Standard) UNIVERSITY KNOWLEDGE the second place in the nomination “Professional and Special Competencies” was awarded to the resident of the Department of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Microbiology of the Institute of Medicine of PetrSU Nina Popadeikina.
In this nomination, the contestants had to present a thesis proving their ability to use knowledge and skills and demonstrate their personal qualities in their career within the certain specialization. PetrSU resident’s thesis covered the structure of non-motor disorders at the early stages of Parkinson’s disease and their effect on the quality of life (research advisor Doctor of Medical Sciences Natalia Subbotina).
