PetrSU at International Congress in Italy
Florence hosted the 5th International Congress on Controversies in Rheumatology and Autoimmunity (CORA 2019).
Congress is acknowledged as one of the largest international events on rheumatology and autoimmunity.
This time the forum convened over 1000 participants. Reports were provided by specialists from Israel, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Spain, Hungary, the USA, and France.
The Head of the Department of Hospital Therapy Doctor of Medical Sciences Professor Natalia Vezikova presented the results of the research done at the Institute of Medicine and the Laboratory of Clinical Epidemiology of the Institute of High Biomedical. She presented her report on the cardiovascular risk among patients with psoriatic arthritis in which she studied a case of development of spondylarthritis in twins.
