The First Issue of the Student Scientific Journal StudArctic forum for 2024 Has Been Published
The issue includes 18 peer-reviewed articles, 15 of which were written by current and former PetrSU students.
The main topic of the issue was the 10th anniversary of the Crimean Spring, which determined the development of our country for subsequent years. In addition to Petrozavodsk residents, students from Crimean universities also took part in it.
“The section in honor of the Crimean Spring is not only a synthesis of scientific and educational work. This is one of the results of the agreement between PetrSU and the Crimean Federal University n.a. V.I. Vernadsky in 2014 and the Petrozavodsk journal’s claim to all-Russian status.
StudArctic forum is still one of the few free Russian multi-scientific peer-reviewed student journals,
– says StudArctic forum editor-in-chief Ivan Savitsky.
“We are honored to participate in such a project. The students, not accustomed to such scrupulous editing and reviewing, became involved in this process with pleasure and great interest. Nice magazine
– says one of the scientific supervisors of Crimean students, editor-in-chief of the journal “Proceedings of the Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadsky. Historical Sciences,” Professor Andrei Nepomnyashchiy.
In addition to the historical section, the journal published articles on jurisprudence (to mark the 75th anniversary of one of the founders of this area of study at PetrSU, Rostislav Dusaev), philology, pedagogy, psychology, political science, tourism and physical culture. The preparation cycle for publication of individual materials took from one to five months.
