PetrSU Students Participate in the Clean Onega Event

Petrozavodsk hosted the annual ecologic event “Clean Onega”.
Petrozavodsk hosted the annual ecologic event “Clean Onega”.
Volunteers organized a large-scale cleaning of the Peski and Sainavolok recreation areas on the shores of Lake Onega. The participants collected glass and plastic garbage separately.
The Green Crew is a volunteer eco association operating at PetrSU. It was established at the Institute of Biology, Ecology and Agricultural Technologies. The association members are students of different institutes of our university. The Green Crew introduces certain ecological practices for implementation of ecologic projects, also for experience exchange and ecological footprint reducing methods training.
