Karelian Governor Invited Applicants from Uganda to PetrSU

PetrSU accepts foreign students on a regular basis and offers a wide range of educational programs.

PetrSU accepts foreign students on a regular basis and offers a wide range of educational programs.  

The university is ready to accept applicants from Uganda, said Artur Parfenchikov during a meeting with Kizige Moses Kawaaluuko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uganda to the Russian Federation. 

We hope that our educational programs will interest young people from Uganda and will become a sphere of our bilateral cooperation between our countries,

  • noted Mr. Parfenchikov. 

Kizige Moses Kawaaluuko promised to guide applicants from Uganda to apply to Petrozavodsk State University. 

We will advise students to enter your university. 

Artur Parfenchikov said that Karelia is successfully developing international relations in the educational sphere. He explained that PetrSU is the largest multidisciplinary university in the Russian North with almost 9,000 students, including 570 foreigners.
