Exchange Student from Kyrgyzstan about Her Studies at PetrSU

“I, Marziya Azhibaeva, a student at Osh State University (Kyrgyzstan), spent the spring semester at the Zilbera Medical Institute.

I thank the Head of the Academic Mobility Department N.V. Karakina and her Deputy E.S. Ivanova, also Coordinator I.S. Myadel for quick answers and help throughout my stay in Petrozavodsk. I thank the student club "Mir", whose volunteer warmly welcomed me and helped me check into the dormitory.

I think that PetrSU is an excellent university, because I liked all the teachers I met, my classmates were very friendly. Student everyday life can be diversified with interesting events. I visited the Talent Festival and was surprised by such a large number of students from different countries. In addition, there are sports sections. From the moment I arrived, I attended the training sessions of the PetrSU basketball team; we became champions at the republican championship. It was also interesting to attend a master class on surgery, I tried myself as a surgeon, and was allowed to put a suture. I visited the Botanical Garden of PetrSU with friends, it was incredibly beautiful!

So the spring semester passed, Karelia will forever remain in my heart.
