Student Training Camp for Sports Programming Opened at PetrSU

The programming camp held at Petrozavodsk State University is considered one of the most prestigious, providing an opportunity to qualitatively prepare for the performance at the World Programming Championship. 57 teams from 27 universities have registered to participate.

The total number of participants exceeded 150 people. Teams from the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Iran, and Chile took part in the camp.

The summer camp program included five-hour competitions and problem analysis. Among the authors of the problems were winners and prize winners of the World Programming Championships.

About half of the teams were participating online (Voronezh State University, National Research University ITMO, Moscow State University, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Higher School of Economics, Ural Federal University, St. Petersburg State University, Izhevsk State Technical University, Kazan Federal University, Moscow Aviation Institute, Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Novosibirsk State University, Volgograd State University, Petrozavodsk State University, Astana IT University, Kazakh-British Technical University, International University of IT, SDU), the rest were participating in person at the premises of Petrozavodsk State University.
