A Student of the Institute of Philology is an Ambassador of the Russian Language to the World

From August 9 to 23, the 15th All-Russian Youth Forum "Mashuk" was held in Pyatigorsk, bringing together 2,200 participants from all over the country.

As part of the forum, an in-person selection stage for participants in the international volunteer program "Ambassadors of the Russian Language to the World" was held, initiated by the A.S. Pushkin Russian Language Institute with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

The participants attended master classes, got acquainted with the specifics of teaching RFL and RSL, and discussed the classes that are usually held on expeditions from a methodological and practical point of view.

The candidates for receiving the coveted badge of the Ambassador of the Russian Language over the course of three days, coping with creative tasks, demonstrated their ability to work in a team and navigate unexpected situations.

Victoria Boriskina, a student of the Institute of Philology, successfully passed all the tests of the competitive selection. She received the status of a participant in the program "Ambassadors of the Russian Language to the World". This autumn Victoria will go on her first expedition.
