Participation in the 2024 MJU Summer Program

The third year students of the Institute of Forestry, Mining and Construction Sciences of PetrSU Natalia Gerasimkova and Julia Fedorova took part in the Summer Short-term Program 2024 and spent a week in South Korea, studying Korean history, culture and language.

Within the framework of the Summer Short-Term Program, activities were organized to promote intercultural understanding and strengthen international ties. The students participated in master classes, studied Korean language, traveled around the country,

Natalia and Julia participated in the first session, which took place from July 14 to 20. The students shared their impressions:

"We participated in a summer short-term program of Myongji University, Seoul, South Korea.

The purpose of this program was cultural exchange between students. Every day we studied the Korean language and visited various places of interest in Seoul.

The student of Myongji University, who was always with us, helped in solving questions and problems. The teachers were also always ready to help.

The program was very intense, we met students from different countries, improved our English speaking skills, visited many places of interest. This is a great experience for students who like to travel and learn something new".
