"Arctic Research: from Extensive to Integrated Development"
Yulia Petrovskaya, the Associate Professor of the Department of Social Studies and Social Work of PetrSU, Candidate of Social Sciences, has presented a plenary report devoted to "Social aspects of the region innovative development (based on research materials in the Republic of Karelia)" at the 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Arctic Research: From Extensive to Integrated Development"
The conference was held at the Federal Research Centre for Integrated Studies of the Arctic named after Academician Nikolay Laverov of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after Mikhail Lomonosov (Arkhangelsk). The conference was held online.
The report covered the aspects of innovative development, which were primarily connected with a human, life quality, social services for the population, social entrepreneurship development, and innovative competencies of the population.
