International Project of PetrSU and the University of Tubingen
Petrozavodsk State University continues the implementation of the international project Local Welfare Production and Governance.
The partners held the first online session of the next stage of the Local Welfare Production and Governance project, implemented by PetrSU in cooperation with the University of Tubingen under the guidance of Doctor Rolf Frankenberger and Associate Professor, Candidate of Historical Sciences Elena Chernenkova. The project is implemented with the financial support of the DAAD program.
The new stage of the project involves online lectures for the international group of students from PetrSU and the University of Tubingen, which includes representatives of different countries (Russia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Brazil) and different study programs (Political Sciences, International Relations, Social Science, Social Work). At this stage, the partners plan to arrange lectures of German and Russian teachers, as well as representatives of the expert community.
The first lecture Multilevel Government, Federalism, and Local Politics for the international group was read by Doctor Rolf Frankenberger. Among the participants of the discussion also were the Associate Professor, Candidate of Social Sciences Yulia Petrovskaya, and the Executive Director of the Karelian Fund for Development of Civic Diplomacy Natalia Lavrushina.
