Scientific Visit of a Delegation from Belarus

On November 5, PetrSU hosted guests from Polessky State University (Pinsk, Republic of Belarus). The Belarusian delegation's visit was part of a program to organize popular science visits for students from Belarus and the Russian Federation.
The guests were welcomed by staff from PetrSU's Institute of Biology, Ecology, and Agricultural Technologies, including Tamara Yuryevna Kuchko, Director of the Institute, and Vladimir Sergeyevich Syunev, Vice-Rector for Research.
The first day of the visit featured a busy program, including the launch of the international school for students and young scientists "Aquaculture Technologies," a tour of the university's main building and the Aquaculture Research Center, a meeting of the student scientific society, and a tour of the National Museum of the Republic of Karelia.
