  Indian Students of PetrSU Win 'Reading Mikhail Lermontov's Poetry with Foreigners' Contest

  Ghazal Rana and Ankit Tripathi, third-year international students of the Zilber Medical Institute, have participated in the international contest 'Reading Mikhail Lermontov's Poetry with Foreigners' which was organized by the Russian Language Educational Centre of Moscow State University. Anastasiya Amelina, Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages and Russian as a Foreign Language for Medical Specialties, trained the students for the contest.

  PetrSU Students are Participants of Academic Mobility Program

  Anastasiya Ursu and Yelizaveta Gravchenkova, fourth-year students majoring in 'Teacher education. Education in the subject areas 'English and French'' (Institute of Foreign Languages) have successfully passed the preliminary for the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship program and are now studying in Budapest. The students received all the necessary assistance from the managers of the Department of International Projects and Programs (Directorate for International Affairs of PetrSU).

  Annual Mechanical Engineering Forum

  Petrozavodsk State University hosted the Annual Northwest Mechanical Engineering Forum. Members of the Karelian branch of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia ('SoyuzMash') participated in the event.   Indian Students Visit Medical Laboratories

  On International Doctors' Day, which is celebrated on 7 October, students from India who are studying General Medicine at PetrSU, explored the research and work of the laboratories at the Zilber Institute of Medicine. They visited the Laboratory of Preclinical Studies, Cytopathology and Bioregulation at the Institute of High Biomedical Technologies and immersed themselves in the student life of future pharmacists.
