  PetrSU at the 20th Russian-Finnish Cultural Forum in Tula

  The Forum was organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Finland in cooperation with the Finland-Russia Friendship Society and the Administration of the Tula Oblast. The participants were welcomed with the addresses from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the President of the Finnish Republic Sauli Niinisto.
