  Cooperation with the Chinese-Russian Research Association of Experts on the Development of Culture and Art

  As part of the plan for cooperation between Chinese and Russian universities at the Russian-Chinese International Educational Forum in 2023, PetrSU participated in a seminar dedicated to implementing a new model of Russian-Chinese educational cooperation. Representatives from Shenyang University in Liaoning Province (Fu Jiang, the Vice-Rector for International Affairs and Director of the Institute of International Education, Zhang Lili, the Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education, and Feng Dehua, the Head of the International Cooperation Department, as well as other university staff) attended the seminar.

  Intercultural communication among students

  A cross-cultural dialogue between Russian and Indian students took place at the Institute of History, Political and Social Sciences. As part of the PetrSU Coordination Center for preventing extremism action plan, Yulia Zelenskaya, Associate Professors of the Institute, together with Irina Dorokhova and Natalia Smirnova organized a meeting between history students and Marina Kotova, the leader of the Indian dance studio "Indira" and students from India studying at the Institute of Medicine. The topic of the meeting was the culture of the peoples of India.

  PetrSU Involvement in the UNESCO Activities in India

  Within the framework of the Days of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in the Republic of India, Marina Gvozdeva, the Head of the Directorate for International Affairs, participated as an expert at two international round tables: " Problems of conservation and management of cultural and natural heritage sites in the contemporary context" and " Training and Supporting Young Professionals to Build a Promising International Education Area" in cooperation with the UNESCO New Delhi Office.
